I am of the same opinion, I prefer subtle and understated, if I felt insecure and inferior enough to shout it out loud I would have bought a Jeep or Pajero. But that is just my opinion and others are no doubt going to strongly disagree |

I did toy with the idea of a large "Warning - this product contains nuts" sticker on the windscreen.
Then I came to my senses. |

One day RD you're going to write a cheery post about something that you like, and I'll drop my coffee onto my lap out of surprise and have nasty scalding.
Personally I have a rule in life that I'll only drive cars that Action Man would have, so until he tones down his act I'm stuck with the white lettering. I've so far managed not to festoon my car with loads of stickers (obviously the Defender2 sticker is there), but if those that have feel happier for having done so then good for them, they're deriving happiness in a way that doesn't hurt me. It would be a dull world if we were all the same. Peter 2008 SWB Truck Cab 1952 80" Soft top |

Well said MrFlips.... It certainly would be a very dull world if we were all the same. NEVER TAKE LIFE SERIOUSLY. NOBODY GETS OUT ALIVE ANYWAY

Couldn't agree more. Red-Dot and I are obviously into subtle and understated, others are into OWL on the outside. It's what makes us all unique/special :-/ |

I agree with that 100%. I think that's why land rovers are so popular, it's quite hard to find two privately owned Defenders exactly the same and as they came out the factory. Folk like to personalise them so each reflects individuality. Boy |

Where's Discocuzzy? I could have taken the opportunity to post a stunning picture of a wheel/tyre combo set but shall resist the temptation.
Sod it! I prefer white walls myself! If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

I agree for 1 or 2 good stickers, but I hate white lettering on wheels..... Discovery 5 td6 HSE Stornoway Gray Outback Engineering Limited Edition IID Pro MV License |

We must be right them Red-Dot as 'Dgardel' agrees with us and he lives in Italy, therefore must have style and taste!

Im not a fan of some of these "tacky" stickers...although no harm in a few.
I do like the white lettering - much better than boring black Mike |
