I been adding few small bits here and there.
I bought the edging strips for the seat boxes as they were knackered and ripped in the usual places so thought i would neaten it up a bit I also added my side steps seeing as the mrs is always complaining about the leap up to the get in the old girl!(she is the size of a hobbit to be fair) Must say does make life a hell of a lot easier but me being tall have never really struggled! And another mod which you can't really see i added Stainless Steel Headlight rings seeing as my headlight tried to make a break for it when changing the bulb (rotted out like usual) Oh and addition of some new rubber mats which i don't have a pic of! Easier to clean and make it look a hell of a lot smarter! My mates a fabricator by trade so he is looking in to making me a New HD bumper with a few tricky mods and possibly some seat risers! Your beast keeps appearing in many threads and much like its colour (claret) it keeps getting better every passing day. It has confused me no end since I deliberately bought white (traditional overland colour) and to avoid being like all the chalet companies with their Santorinis, Napas and Bonattis. Now I wonder why I didn't know this colour before, non out here as far as I am aware. I think, for now, you have the best looking Defender on D2.net. Anyone know how much a full 110SW re-spray costs?! Monsieur Le Grenadier I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list..... 2011 Puma 110DC - Corris Grey |

Jet washed it after going to silverdale yesterday then fitted our Mazda rx8 seats but not wired them in yet as we need some fuses and some fuse holder's and they are nice and cumfy
and as i can't post pic's on here ( think its to do with the size ) you will have to look on landyzone forum in the Defender section Graham 1988 Defender 90 county 200tdi ( Beast ) Paul Walker 1973-2013 ( I Almost Had You ) |
