Please see attached side view. I like the HD rims in white with the black arches. It's running with 30mm spacers to clear the brakes.
As for the side panel. I made it using 12mm marine ply and Acoustic deadning foam. The passenger side is being made at the moment and is shelves to house Metabo tool boxes and will also enclose a 1.7kw invertor so will have 230, 12v and USB outlets. The last item is a battery post by the rear door, wired direct off the auxillary battery so I can use jump leads to start falt vans! Like I said this one is a "Keeper" !, Cheers Lofty |

That is certainly one tidy looking truck Lofty...
It is great to see what can be done with an HT (having ordered a basic 90 HT Heritage!)... Do you have any more pics of the insider of the rear end please... A cracking transformation and definitely worth doing for such a beautiful finished keeper... Rog... The GREEN One... I like, you guys, you really know your stuff! The plate is to bolt a 500kg capstan winch to my truck. Used it to winch in 150mm of 300mm copper cable. Photo to follow

Lovely, seen you around (I'm just around the corner from you in Thackley )
Get some good security, I've passed your 90 on the driveway and it looks very 'tempting' sat there as it's quiet by you! Andy |

Yes you have got me. A couple of upgrades have produced 30% more power and 40% more torque (rolling road dyno results to confirm). So that's the reason I'm running 6 pot Alcon discs and brakes up front, which needs 30mm spacers on 16 inch rims. Told you this is my "Keeper" Cheers Lofty |
