Hi,
These arrived yesterday, thank you. Unfortunately either your definition of brand new and unused isn't the same as mine, or you didn't pack them very well. They arrived scuffed and scratched in various places. I tried a heavy compound polish which buffed them out a bit but not perfect. The worst of the marks are on the lower edge, so won't be visible. Given the condition of the mounting points and the rears, I believe them to be unused as you said. So the marks probably happened during shipping because you sandwich them together with nothing between them. Shame really. I'm not looking for a refund, or any discount. Just wanted to feedback to you so you don't make the same error on something else. |

Surely this could be handled via a pm?

Just an idea, if they are slightly damaged. (However caused)
I would recommend painting them, that'd be an easy cure but not what you may have intended of course. |

@Lee - Yes it could have, but that wouldn't help anyone else
@steve - yep. And I may paint them anyway, depending on what I do with them. Hence I haven't asked for a refund etc. |

hi, im not sure who you have helped? If the seller has packaged them poorly, then a PM would suffice. If you are after advice on how to repair or fix them. then this isnt the right forum. If you are offering advice on how to send KBX light surrounds for the future, then its a bit of a niche post, and once again in the wrong forum. If you want to publicly embarrass someone, then I am not sure what the purpose is? But i may of misread the post? |

Yes, you misread the post. I felt it was the right forum. I felt it was the right post considering. I'm not out to embarrass anyone. If you are an admin, feel free to move or delete it. If Martin feels I have breached any rules, I'm happy for it to be moved. If it's neither of those, I'm not sure why you are continuing to comment New project and it's green: www.projectoverland.info |

Once again, comments meant for one, but shared in a public forum.
I see a trend appearing. Take it back twenty years to before the internet. You buy a product, it arrives damaged due to poor packaging. You call the seller explain what the problem is, tell him you are ok with it, but he could with packaging it better in the future. All sorted. You then wouldn't take out an advert in a magazine explaining what youve done. Roll forward twenty years and that's where we're at essentially! Live long and prosper, and nowt more from me. |

The trouble you have is when you buy something in good faith .
And despite several pm mails and attempt to contact he fails to respond. So no ive no issues saying so on here ....if it saves someone else grief so be it. Terry |

Sorry to drag up an old thread. But I purchased some interior side panels and some drop down seats for a 90 from the same seller. Comms were fantastic as were the items. I would certainly buy from him again. I can only sing his praises. DON'T PANIC
