LV renewal came through today £335 fully comp for 3 named drivers for my 60 plate 110 sw

A few work colleagues have been mentioning this company as being keen to do business (competitive) and yet they are still a name that has been around for a while.

Think I'll try them at renewal time.

Shopped around ready for picking up my LR on Friday. Gone with LV competitive quote and easy to deal with.

1/3 of the prive of NFU who I expected would be the cheapest.

I tried them this month, as soon as I mentioned uprated intercooler. I got told they wouldn't insure me.
They didn't even know what an intercooler was!!!
I think it all depends on who you get on the phone. 110XS CSW TD5.

just been quoted 330 - fully comp (9yrs NCD), declared mods to lights, bodywork, windows, etc. £0 excess, courtesy car & legal cover... sounds like a good deal to me. MOT next Series IIa Lightweight - Long Gone

bit more info that may be useful - the mods i declared were bodywork / paintwork / lighting / tow bar? / Window Tints - and that put the price up by only £30pa. they didn't ask for specific details on the modifications. Series IIa Lightweight - Long Gone

Anyone ever made a claim with Liverpool Victoria - that's usually when you find out if an insurance company really delivers exemplary customer service.

They seem competitive on price .... but so are the cowboy operatorss

There in the uk top 5 for paying out and resolving claims quickly.

Just be careful with them on the particular model you have - they cannot quote for a Puma DCPU in XS spec - but have a County spec. I pointed this out to them and they said they are the same!
