I got a full set of door threshes, as they call them, from yrmlandrover.com.
They're good, thick guage items with a nice finish and really make a difference to the look of the vehicle. Came with the fixings. Only complaint is that the prices on the website are plus VAT, plus delivery, plus VAT on delivery, so the price you pay is much higher than you expect. I looked at Entreq but search it on here and you wouldn't want to get involved with that company. 2003 Td5 110 Hardtop Now a 2013 110 USW too. |

I have the Entreq one and it is beautifully made. I bought mine from Brendan/Leeds.. Perhaps worth asking if he has stock.
As you say, buying direct seems to not work anymore. |

Brendan can obviously speak for himself, but when I was looking I did phone him and he didn't have stock and was reluctant to get involved with Entreq again.
Hence I went to YRM and their extortionate delivery charges! 2003 Td5 110 Hardtop Now a 2013 110 USW too. |

I have Entreq doors and Safari door strips too, very well made but as stated I too would not enter any deal with Entreq based on other forum members experience with them of late. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

We have not had any stock from Entreq for well over over a year and no communication from them in the same time period.
We do have some parts left, so always worth a quick email/pm/ phone call We are now having some stainless parts made for us, so far this includes the bonnet hinges, snow cowls and yes stainless door strips with more items in the pipeline. Same quality, attention to detail etc, have not got around to get logo laser etched on. Prices are more palatable then Entreq prices but quality is still there. More items will be added, but getting the quality right is the most important thing for us. We will not join the race to be cheapest on the block but aim for good quality at a reasonable price both for our suppliers and for our customers The door strips have a double return on rather then the single return others use. As with all the stainless bolt kits we supply lubricant/ anti seize paste as standard. All our prices includes VAT up front. Delivery/carriage charges we try to be reasonable on, we typically use either UPS 24 hr service or Royal Mail signed for service. Carriage costs depends on where people live etc. Any questions ask away, depending on the question you may or may not like the answer Brendan |

Brendan - So when roughly will most of this new stock come in? Or will it be in dribs and drabs.

Hi Steve,
currently we have stainless door strips, stainless snow cowls, stainless bonnet hinges on our shelves. We have more stuff coming and we have just been asked for the bonnet steps. We do have a couple of issues one which is trying to get the busy factory to make time to produce new items, the other slight issue is MOQ or minimum order quantities we can not order them in one or twos or even tens so we need enough pennies in the piggy bank to ensure we can pay them. One thing we will not compromise on is quality, so we will not be the cheapest on the block Brendan |
