Dual battery charging
I have twin odyssey 1500's with IBS controller approx 18 months old. Notice main battery charge level drops to lower end 'orange zone' over 2 weeks when vehicle not used, auxiliary remains high. Is this normal or do I need to test battery / look for charge leak?

The IBS controller/indicator probably draws a parasitic current from the battery, which is significant over a number of weeks.

I have a National Luna split charge system fitted, which I have incorporated an isolation switch into the indicator to stop the parasitic drain from the engine battery, when the engine is off.
