[SOLD] my SMALL Silver DISKLOK for LARGE / MEDIUM?

I have a as NEW silver SMALL Disklok (35- 39cm) with THREE keys and require a LARGE (41.5-44cm) to fit a standard XS leather Defender steering wheel or a MEDIUM if it is guaranteed to fit? Anyone know if a MEDIUM will fit the XS steering wheel?
