they look strange. I guess a matter of getting used to it. Anyway, dg, those clear lights you had before were they any better than std ones?

There are 2 types of clear 7" headlamps, there are the ones on the SVX and the Wipac ones.

The svx have a chrome cone inside - look ok but the wipac ones are really nice.

You should be able to get the SVX ones from your local LR dealer.

Technical question here, dgardel?

Do these lights have, or the provision for, a parking light?

The SVX parking lights are integrated into the main headlamps...

No parking lights, still the original one upper the turn indicator.

That could be a problem for me because I have the SVX headlamps with the integrated sidelight, but I was thinking of using the LED day running lights as side lights / parking lights, would that be possible ?

I thinks yes

What LED DRLs?

An additional Purchase?

Nice, did you source them direct from the US?

Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated Mr. Green  Disco 3 gone but the memory of the bills remain...

Expensive when you smash one with a stone...how robust are they.

Im not a massive fan of them i admit (despite running a load of automotive LED lights for years) Mike
