Great video - was it in aid of anything?
Did I spot a trip to Craddocks for some repairs? |

Excellent I can't think of a better vehicle to do it in! was it for charity or just because it had to be done?

I think it was done with the intention of simply showing what 60+ year old Land Rovers are still capable of. One of the Land Rovers had a universal joint fail on the prop shaft - fortunately near to Craddocks, so they were allowed to use Craddocks workshop to fit a replacement. BTW, that was the only breakdown of any of the Land Rovers throughout the whole trip. Euro-Leafing to infinity and beyond..... |

If you start in Halifax, it's effectively 2 laps!
Actually, that route is mental, to include into Wales then out via Newtown, Telford and then back down and Lindisfarne it's a loop of the UK (if you ignore Thanet/Kent/Essex ) |

Thanks for sharing - classic Land Rovers - a fine example of boys and their toys having fun (with a great vid to prove it).

If you have a bit of spare time some of Steve's other videos are very good. Euromadness parts 1-8 are of a trip to the Swiss and Italian Alps - with some amazing scenery shots and even a lap of the Nurburgring in the 80's and a Tdi powered Rover P4!
