Isle of White...Exciting times.
That would have made page 2 coming second to the 'Dawn Breaks Again This Morning' headline on page 1. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

I wonder what the front of the defender was like ?
As long as it didn't have its original swiss cheese bumper it should be ok. |

Most of the 'Islanders' have trouble writing I am led to believe....It's a bit like Portland I think it has something to do with evolution and the presence of a second thumb!
No offence meant to 'Isle of Whiters' but Portlanders you know it's true! If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

Looks like a nice 200tdi there. Hope it gets repaired and put back on the road. Running Restoration Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/post323197.html#323197

If you are going to take the pi55 out of Islanders, at least spell Isle of WIGHT correctly!
I still never cease to be amazed at what makes the news down here! |

A very good friend of mine lives on the IoW, and he always refers to it as "the South Island". In his mind I live (in Dorset) on "the North Island".

Quite a few IoW residents refer the South and North Islands
Theres is only one short length of Dual Crriageway down here that the locals refer to as "The Motorway" Its a great place! |
