First Tank - Guess the Fuel Economy
Filled Beastie up on Wednesday in Chester at the local Esso station, then drove across Chester, down to Stoke and then home down the M6/M5/M42. Had the driver and 5 16" Boost Alloys and Tyres in the back.

Since then she's done some town driving and in total has done 275 miles. Filled her again today, anyone want to take a guess as to the MPG?

She's done 38,000 miles in total and has a Twisted Remap.

Well I think you all know I've been pleasantly surprised by everything about her so far (other than the rubbish speakers!). So as a clue I will say I'm once again pleasantly surprised Smile

I have a wrapper from a Chocolate Eclair I got from TH White yesterday. Will that do as your prize?

Hello CatherineF

...Interesting (I know not for some who don't like any discussion on MPG)

But I have had my 2.4 90 for 14 Months now and have taken it from 6K to 13K,
a nifty app on my phone led me to keep a running record... which I know I will soon
give up on as it's very predictable.

Best 31.9
Worst 26.7
Average 28.8

What I have noticed (not surprisingly) is that a higher maintained average speed drive
at around 60 MPH in 6th, and it will return around 30.0 MPG

Considering what we're driving it isn't so bad. SKIP
