I would be up for a run out over the plains to set me up for the Xmas period.
Be good to meet up again and share some mud. Nick |

looks like some suggested dates have been made but no-one diving first, so here goes:
I'd be in for 31st Dec please. Head down from London if anyone wants to tag along (if someone local to the plains would be happy ot lead please - last years was a great route). Can't do before as am with family 20 - 29th Dec. |

I can concur, there are definitely lots of piles of tarmac shavings piled on the track into the "mud hole", ready for levelling.
I walked down into it yesterday..... what a bloody mess! looks like the chav brigade have been making use of the rain we had last week and really cut it all up. |

That's the same lanes as the "mud hole".... referred to as in Chitterne by WCC.
The byway runs north (or south! depending which way you go) past CHD up to a wood with a cross of byways. the whole length is quite "holey" and rough, so they're levelling the whole thing. |

I've penciled in leave so can do any of the dates, would rather confirm it sooner rather than later though if someone is willing to commit. Strong people are harder to kill and generally more useful!
