Who did the work? A main dealer should do that under warranty if it was caused by that, of course, you have to determine that it certainly was.

Main dealer the part is covered under 12 month warranty
My point is it started leaking after new clutch |

You could then argue that, if it started after the repair it's likely that it was / is caused by their work thus their responsibility.

if your talking about a rear prop flange on the transfer box , I cant see how doing a clutch would make the seal leak even if you took the handbrake drum off then the back plate off , cant really see how you could damage it

as munch90 says really changing the clutch shouldent have an effect on the seal only if the breather pipe for the transfer box has been trapped.

All sorted now new seal and park brake shoes all FOC big thanks to Guy Salmon
