I would not touch Terrafirma suspension. The quality is poor, and the life is very short. I've brought, fitted it, binned it, replaced it.
Sorry Andy |

Old man emu. Not cheap but great kit, very stable and lasts.
Koni is also very very good but dampers only you would still need springs. Andy |

Robert, sorry to resurect a thread from so long ago but can you comment on the ride heigth being a light duty kit? - from my understanding the HD kit will always sit slightly higher than a light duty kit or am i wrong? |

Hi i don't think there is any difference in the height of the lift but if you dont carry much goods the light lift is ideal. I just used mine like a car and handled great. I fitted police spec range rovers once and they were far too hard considering all the equipment they carry.
Regards Robert |

thanks pal, that helps. I made the rookie mistake of buying the cheapeest lift kit many years ago which happened to be a HD sh13part lift kit for a 90 and you would end up with a migrain everytime you went off road as it was so hard.
my 130 has a HD kit at the moment and i am considoring putting on soft lift springs and maybe a 1 inch lift block too to give it a 3 inch lift and retain a nice ride still. |
