These ones from Dolphin Dead simple fit. Only took me an hour (it would probably only take 20 mins next time) and a very neat job One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS + New Defender 110 First Edition |

Hello everybody!!
Again with the Defender after almost 3 weeks in the dealer's hands. New steering box and turbo hose fixed; also some warranty paint done (some scratch made by the dealers and paint bubbles) and other minor things. Happy again... Just got back from a round trip from Switzerland to Hvar, Croatia... was a great trip, and the Defender worked perfect... am having problems with the rear door central locking.. having to manually lock that one, and then using the central locking to lock up the rest.. but that about it.. Oh, and someone swiped the intake cover off of the side of the truck??? I guess I'll have to replace that one.. just need to work on my storage box issues, so I have better water proof boxes to go up on top.. 2008 110 2.4 tdci csw

Hey tack, looks like a great rack (fnar fnar) - couple of questions: What adjustments did you make? Were there any issue fitting it? It looks like the attachments to the rail are individual - I thought the Patriot (like the hannibal) had longer runners in the gutter that connected the legs. The Hannibal rack has a single runner IIRC. I thought the Patriot did something similar but obviously not. Also - is it longer than 2.8m? Maybe it's the angle of the shot but it looks longer than the roof Looks the dogs danglies though. One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS + New Defender 110 First Edition |

Having helped a mate do the same I have to agree what a pain it was! Why they never fitted anchor nuts beats me! If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |
