front seat

can someone be kind enough to tell me how to fit front middle seat and seat belt,
i ordered static belt from paddocks, but after taking out the cubby i can only assume i need to remove the rear bolt onn the existing seat belt mounts for the rear of the chair to use these bolts also, and i need to get new bolts for the front and use holes in body work, but im really stumped on how to mount the seat belts? ive had a look on google for a guide but drawn a blank?
