I am another customer who was burnt by BLR. Long story and not worth repeating here, but good riddance to them.

He now sells cars under berkshire motor car company in Maidenhead, beware.
His name doesn't show up on any links to the company but I've been told by a friend who called to enquire about a car that they spoke to him. Seems you can get away with anything these days and simply walk away and start again. Apparently he still Ives in some big penthouse apartment right on the river in maidenhead too, despite staff not having been paid and customers losing big amounts of money when berkshire land rover went into liquidation. He also owns a building company blr build and design |

What a story!
Mogford had been sentenced to 10 years in prison in the US after pleading guilty to multiple counts of grand theft and theft of state funds, involving a Florida luxury-boat business. In June 2013, Barclays Bank made a £580,000 EFG loan to Auto Ex. Fifteen months later, the firm was put into administration. Mogford served almost six years. Shortly after his release he returned to the UK and set up Auto Ex in March 2009. The firm, trading as Berkshire Land Rover, went bust last September, owing over £1m to more than 120 businesses and individuals, some of them in Ms May’s constituency. Also, HM Revenue & Customs must write off £528,000 in unpaid VAT and corporation tax. Good riddance to bad rubbish, a pretty boy like that might get what's coming to him when he drops the soap in the shower. He's been shafting folk in this country out of money for years. What goes around comes around in my book. I just hope he doesn't return to the UK and start up yet another business. |

What happened to him. What was his punishment for the current offence?
We see this sort of stuff in Aus all the time. More often than not, these guys don't get jail, just a bond, and many just set up again, and do it again,...just like this oxygen thief. Pickles. |

I had the displeasure of taking a test drive with him once in the
 of land rovers.
He said they'd give it a "good service", like that would cure all mechanical ills |
