1999 Defender 90 Td5 HT Rioja Red
New Hd steel wheels now painted.
Thought I would share, my painter Just finished painting the new wheels, they came black primer but I wanted to make sure they were going to last so

2pk surface primer coat

Completely free, have my own small paint booth at work for small spray jobs.
Material were all stock stuff left from a job and sprayer was kicking his heels so I kept him busy. Whistle
Very pleased with the finish he did put in a lot of effort to get it looking good.

Fullfat,

If you can be bothered adding to the other Wolf wheels thread - two other details are still of interest (1) The thickness of the steel? - where the holes for the wheel studs are. (2) The weight of the rim? - before you stick a tyre on.

I'm still trying to get some more definitive data - so that others can make an informed purchasing decision.
