I would not bolt them together , two men in a hurry could lift or roll as one and on to a pick up
better to be a bit loose much harder to carry , maybe a chain would be be better with extra couple of links so they move about if you tried to carry them and maybe a ground anchor like a motorcycle one ( or make one looks like you could easily ) Last edited by munch90 on 25th Oct 2014 8:41pm. My garden is not accessible by car, they're in a waled garden so would have to be lifted to shoulder height. 1990 Defender 300TDi

I like it, but a pole through the centre hole would definitely allow 2 scum bags to still nick them, however nothing is infallible and its all about inconveniencing them, ditto for me fixing to something solid would be a big + DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS,

Before I sold them I had the boosts from my 110 chained to a fence post, it's enoigh to make it harder to take them but if the thieving scumbags really want something they'll manage to take it!
