I use the flat dog ones. Would recommend. They are very heavy duty.
http://www.flatdoguk.com/fd-rear-dislocation-cones-black~425 As for location, then the bottom is best, rather than top. Either end makes absolutely no difference in how well it works, just that fitting at the bottom makes less noise when your spring relocates. |

Yeah been looking at the gwyn lewis ones which i quite like but son fancy's the idea of having the cones fitted to the bottom but i noticed that the inside of the bottom of the springs was full of mud and large stones so think top would be better but we will see Graham
