svx grill & nudge bar
Has anyone mangaed to fit an A/C steel nudge bar to a defender with svx grill? Before i attempt to fit mine, it looks like the lower grill screws will he hidden by the bar so not sure how to fit them.

I'm not sure what you mean by nudge bar, but I fitted a FirstFour tubular bumper with A-frame to my old X-Tech. The FirstFour bumper has jacking points in the precisely the right location to allow you to tighten the lower grille screws with a socket extension or two.
