United Kingdom 2014 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Corris Grey
[Wanted] Farm Wagon
After the last in a long line of Discovery's has received P45 (in the form of an MOT list that reads like War & Peace) I am in desperate need of a sub £1k farming machine. The requirements list is simple:

> MOT for 12 Months (or capable of passing with minimal work)
> 3.5Tonne tow capacity (all LRs apart from FL I believe!)
> 5 Doors (preferable, so that the tool racks can be mounted where the rear seats are
> Diesel 200TDI, 300TDI, TD5...

If it's good, I'll come and get it from wherever in the country you are. Thoughts and offers welcome.

Daihatsu Fourtrak would be the way i'd go. Or if it has to be a landy, a D1 again is probably your best bet, if its not too rotten. 2001 Td5 CSW (weekend and snow mobile) Plenty of lights, M/T tyres EGR delete, roofrack, swing away wheel carrier, snorkel.

To be honest its not a popular choice but for 1k you can pick up an ok 2.5td jeep Cherokee xj. I bought one cheap so I didnt mess my 110 up and it was fantastic, I drove it to Gibraltar and back off roading on the way and never let itself down or used oil, much better all round than a D1, wish I kept it as a runaround! Defender puma dormobile camper

Pretty sure the Jeep only has a 2.5t towing capacity and Fox is after 3.5t. 04' 90 Td5 CSW..
