I am about to order a 110 XS with black pack but was told by one dealer the 'Black Pack' has been withdrawn because no sawtooth wheels. Apparently there's been a run on them. The dealer said they are expecting them back in 2015 Q1. (Interestingly no other dealer has mentioned it).

I've ordered Sawtooths with mine.....I've been told they will be on line again at the start of the year.

Hi all,
Just to confirm, at this moment in time the Gloss Black Sawtooth Alloys are still only available to order as part of the black pack. At this point we have not announced any plans to change this. Many thanks, Pete |

Hi,
Originally this was simply due to supply constraints. As they were part of the black pack, in order to ensure any customer orders that had specified the black pack could be completed without any delays, a marketing decision was made to make them exclusive to the black pack rather than offer them as a standalone option. Thanks Pete for the response much appreciated. Can we assume reading between the lines that the Black Sawtooths have been withdrawn as Land Rover weren't selling enough black packs?
Will Land Rover be offering an alternative option do you know? |

Hi,
Quite the opposite. As originally due to supply constraints we would have been unable to meet the demand, as advised, a marketing decision was made where by we could ensure that orders including with Black Packs were not experiencing delays. Unfortunately at this stage I am unaware of an alternative option being offered. This is obviously subject to change and availability. Many thanks, Pete |

Dear Ryan, I have been told by my dealer that the vehicle I ordered in October will now take 7 months to arrive (May instead of March as expected) due to delays with "Black Packs". Given the lack of Sawtooths was discussed months ago and already resolved can you please advise whether this indeed is true. Otherwise why is my vehicle order being delayed? Many thanks! My dealer eventually removed the sawtooths from my order due to them no longer being an option unless in the black pack! Bit annoying as it took 3 months after the order was placed to clarify this! I guess it was my fault for ordering 7 months before I wanted it delivered and miss the boat. I've gone for boost alloys now with a view to sell/store and have now purchased some genuine sawtooths ready for when it arrives. Bit of a pain but looks like sawtooths are causing huge delays.

My intention was to go for the Sawtooths as well but to be honest the lack of availability has done me a favour as I'll just go without and save some money!
