Hello everyone. I want to decat my 110 2.4 MY 2009 and here there is no EU emission and all that rules apply to EU.
Please let me know the cheapest and easiest way of doing the decat. Also would like to know whether decat improves fuel economy and also heard from this thread that it alter the back pressure which affects the turbo. Kindly let me know your ideas. Many thanks. Kind regards, Diluk |

The cheapest and easiest way on a TDCi is to remove the front pipe complete with the intergral cat, then using a long masonry drill simply drill out and remove the matrix. This is possible on the Puma cat since the cat itself is so close to the end of the pipe.
Alternatively replacement front pipes without the cat are available fro several sources. See here for more info. |
