Hi Rustyboxx

Looking at the same ones you are selling on Ebay,

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/29124193333...p;ff14=108

how does the wiring work, whats the wee switch for ? Can they be wired to the main beam like normal spots ?

Cheers

Duncan

Hi Duncan

Yes, these can be wired to the main beam. Pretty much everything you need comes with the wiring loom, fuse, relay etc. All that needs changing are the connectors from the loom to the light bar cable.

The switch can be used if you want to wire them up independently of the headlights. The switch can be disconnected from the loom if not needed.

Hope that helps.

Hi Bruce

It's very disappointing that the light bar didn't reach you in the condition in which it was sent. I guess UPS aren't any better than any other courier. This is particularly annoying as I'm sure I marked the box with "please do not crush or drop". Perhaps that's just an open invitation Rolling Eyes

I did insure the parcel so may be able to claim back the insured sum from them. No doubt they will try and say the item is on their prohibited list but if you would like me to have a go I will. Post up a pic of the damage when you get a chance.

Cheers

That is the damage to the lightbar which I am not too worried about . Just for note though 4 of the threaded holes for the mounting brackets had not been threaded!!
I tapped them myself though, As Jeremy Clarkson commented "bloody sl###s " Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 hemi

This is mine fitted. I also had some issues to with the mounting holes, think they were threaded but did appear a bit rough. Overall pleased though and seems good value for money.

What Lumen output are these? Compared to say a pair of 100w Roolites or Lightforce pair.

Hi Steve

Output is 12600 lumen. Not sure how they compare with Lightforce etc but I expect Mal can advise on that Smile 2015 90 XS CSW TDCi - Beautiful

Martin

That looks great, although I had to flip my phone 180 degrees to fully appreciate it Wink

Top tip for the guys who have bought these - stick a bit of sealant around the cable entry point if you are going to fit the light bar with the cable coming out of the top. This should ensure that no moisture sits in the recess Thumbs Up

I'm going to contact the supplier about the rough/untapped threads. I shall be ordering another batch of 20 inch lights plus a 36" or larger light bar for my roof rack if anyone is interested Cool

Terry, that looks neat up there. Glad you're pleased Smile 2015 90 XS CSW TDCi - Beautiful
