So what do we reckon for a camping plan then folks? Not been before, so not sure how it works, but how easy would it be for the first person to reserve a pitch for everyone? Or might it be easier to meet up beforehand and roll in together?
Was planning on getting to the campsite for 3-4pm. 2013 Defender 110 XS DCPU 2016 Ford Mustang 5.0 V8 |

I have a trade stand there again this year. Get to brighton nice and early so if I barrier off a good section as you pull in the def2 lot can all pull upside sound like a plan CSK Automotive

I plan to get to the camp site early afternoon, the best thing is for the first person there to grab a pitch and just let one of the marshals know you are with a club and how many vehicles you expect, then guard the pitch
There should be plenty of room available early afternoon. Cheers Ady Avon & Somerset Search & Rescue http://www.assar.org.uk/ |

So plan is this>
Ady should be there first about 4ish and is going to baggsie a spot (not just any spot; but the best spot on the site) We'll somehow work out how to find it (red rose in the lapel etc.) Hoon it down to Brighton where Killer will have saved us a spot also I'll bring a 4x4 (no pun intended) tarp and maybe we can string it between roof racks? I might not even bother with a tent if so Beers and a camp curry? |

Just check the forecast looks like the rain should be clear by 4pm and will be a dry night and morning around the Epsom area.
Brighton is looking good for Sunday, might even see the sun I purchased a full length Rhino-Rack awning from Brendan at Peterborough so even we do get a spot of rain we'll have some cover. Avon & Somerset Search & Rescue http://www.assar.org.uk/ |

All sounds good - no pressure on Ady in finding the best spot on the campsite
Maybe sharing mobile phone numbers might be slightly easier than a red rose for finding each other however... 2013 Defender 110 XS DCPU 2016 Ford Mustang 5.0 V8 |
