hi has anyone got any reviews on these dampers provided by Extreme 4x4 please
http://www.extreme4x4.co.uk/acatalog/EXTRE...echallenge I'm mainly using my 90 TD5 on road and wish to replace the original dampers but stuck for choice i will be at some stage wanting to replace the springs as i found the rear far too bouncy as standard, dropping the rear tyre pressure down to 34psi has helped a lot but it's still bouncy Thanks |

Do you find the outside grips on the tyres wearing a bit with the lower pressure ?

Not that I've noticed.
Even at those pressures, the side wall is not that bowed-out. There must come a point though where it does happen but they do seem to be pretty strong obvs. I've run BF Goodrich All Terrain and Continentals, although the latter probably not long enough to be able to tell tbh. 2003 Td5 110 Hardtop Now a 2013 110 USW too. |
