I don't use hunters of guildford or guava at peasmarsh who are both only 5/10 mins away but travel 45mins to pulborough

Interesting.
Guava argued with me that the huge transmission clunk on my ( under warranty) 2013 USW was normal. Then they just failed to collect it on the day promised to do the turbo recall. When I called them, they said 'Oh, the driver never turned up. Now you've missed the slot, we can't look at it for another two weeks.' Useless. I took it to Hunters who diagnosed and changed the gearbox output adapter shaft (made a huge difference), did the recall and valeted the car well, so from me. Sparks, what is it you like about Harwoods specifically? 2003 Td5 110 Hardtop Now a 2013 110 USW too. |

I'm a big fan of Harwoods.
Always stunning service even though I have a 200Tdi they still give me a 14 plate Freelander 2 to hire FOC to keep me mobile, they always treat me like a friend and are willing for me to put as many specifics or as little as needed or even for me to supply the parts and them fit them. Definitely not the cheapest (everyone comments on why I take a 200Tdi to main dealer) but the friendly relaxed service absolutely makes up for it. Absolutely stunning service every time highly highly recommend Harwoods Tonbridge. |

Harwoods bought Guy Salmon's place at Gatwick about five years ago.
