if its a puma mine was caused by a faulty temperature sensor, cylinder head i think it was, not coolant.

got it done at local garage, but pretty sure its top rear of cylinder head. they also loaded up new engine management software and ran heaps better. all up a couple of hundred bucks.

I had erratic drive when cold and my dealer updated the ECU software and now is running fine |

If you don't like jerking when cold, only do it when it's warm... 1998 110 300Tdi White Hard Top

Very droll......
My normal solution is to ignore it as it goes after a while but I'll see if the stealer can do it as the good mechanic we did have nearby is now too busy making money in the mines to bother with us. Cheers. AlanH. |
