Sold Puma bought TD5 now updated as sold the TD5 bought ....
It's getting to be a family and Landy mates joke my current run of Defenders. Sold the Puma for reasons discussed and bought a nice TD5. Renovation work continues to our house and the kitchen now took the TD5.

I spent last two weeks telling myself I could be without a 110 and started looking at Pathfinders, Tourans, etc etc. need the seven seats.

I am such a Landy mug

Owned by an ex Dunsfold techy and maintained by Keith Gott LR. She is far from perfect but the patina got me in the tractor beam and I was smitten. 300TDI and R380 transplant done to a lovely standard. Exmoor high backs and lots of little stuff to do and keep me happy. Comes with original interior, 4 excellent doors from Cyprus and a stack of history. 1951 80" S1 2.0

There is something about that classic no frills county look that shouts "practicality and utility". It's a gem!

Run it and sort any day to day reliability bits and bobs. Wipers need sorting as they are doing a their little own thing but not in time Rolling with laughter

Chassis and bulkhead are way more solid than the Td5 I had. Crossmember has had a patch so will get under it on ramps and assess if we dinatrol and preserve or re chassis in time.

Doors are reasonable for the age but one of the bottoms needs doing right away. I could fit one of the fab spare doors he has given me but could never paint it to match with the patina. Hmm.

Headlining is original and correct but needs a proper deep clean.

Pop my hannibal rack on it and get out with our bikes again! So use it! 1951 80" S1 2.0

I'd go for a frame repair on the door. I would love an early 110 SW. I'm looking for one a year earlier. www.td5.org
