110 rear x member replacement

hi all, ive recently bought another 110 as a project, it needs a new rear cross member, i'm happy to try it but i am nervous about making sure its done right, seen quite a few posts on how to do it, does anyone have any extra tips? alternatively does anyone fancy earning some beer money? cheers Ed
