No experience with Puma's but things like that with a D3 can be cured with a hard reset. i.e. take both + & - cable from the battery and hold them together for a short time 10 sec or so.
With a D3 you have to wait 2 minutes before disconnecting the battery after doing anything with the d3. Is that with the Puma the same? I'm aware of the D3 hard reset (had a D3 for a while before returning to Defenders) but didn't think it applied here.
The handbook actually states to disconnect the battery within 15 seconds of switching off and removing the key to stop the alarm sounding. I am going to try a reset by disconnecting the battery again but when I'm not at home to save annoying the neighbours if (when) the alarm goes off. |

Tried the "D3 hard reset" and no difference
