[For Sale] WHITE 2007 110 UTILITY 2.4 TDCI PUMA
Right guys the time has sadly come for us to sell our beloved Landy
We purchased it in February 2013 with just one owner from new with the intention to use it to do a bit of towing & replace an L200! Although since then we have barely towed, I've not taken it off road and more often than not I find myself not needing the load space in the rear! So, up for sale it goes.
It is a 2007 model
102,000 miles (will slowly increase with being my daily driver)
Full Service History, last serviced March '14 (oil/air/fuel filter, oil & coolant change)
MOT until November 2014
TAX until July 2015
It had 92,000 on the clock when we got it, and has had the following done:
Digital Tachograph (VOSA are pretty hot where we live)
Recent Diff Oil change front and rear
Universal prop joints x4
Rear discs and pads
Thermostat & Water Pump
Starter Motor
EGR Valve
MAF Sensor
Alternator (incorrectly diagnosed by a garage)
Steering arm replaced (universal joints were on their way out)
Transfer Box
Head gasket replaced just after we bought it (although I'm convinced the mechanic just wanted the extra work)
Fully ply lined rear, clean interior with seat covers and tough rubber floor mats
Tow Bar
As you can see from the list above, we really haven't spared any expenses with the maintenance of the vehicle. It pulls hard with plenty of torque, gear changes and the clutch are both good. We've never had it off road and in the time we've owned it have never thrashed or abused it.
There is a small trace of oil on the sump which has developed as of late, which appears to be from a cap on the cam chain cover - but on a 102k motor there aren't many that are bone dry! We also think the radiator could do with replacing as it will overheat when climbing on motorways at 70 or under constant load on a hot day - scenes as it is fine under normal driving we've not got around to doing this with swapping it for a small van. This is probably the only thing we haven't replaced since the mechanic told us the head gasket needed replaicng last year. This has been factored into the price.
Priced at £8500 without VAT which will not be applicable to this sale unlike many others which have VAT on top of the price advertised at - this is a private, cash sale.
The private registration will not be included in the sale and has already been applied for retention. If you buy while the plate is on you will have to be prepared to revert back to the original registration if available (TK07 AEX), or whatever plate is assigned.
It's been a joy to own and I'll be sad to see it go!
