Unfortunately it does not appear to be falling apart http://companycheck.co.uk/company/06834860/AUTO-EX-LIMITED
Whilst one part of Mr Mogford's empire does appear to be " non trading " other companies he owns are doing a lot better. He currently has 11 directorships some with " possible adverse information " |

How about their 8 pages in the latest land rover monthly advertising their latest v8. Personally I don't like it.

They've just gone out of business. Was down there today trying to find some spotlights they replaced and then misplaced. Repo men all over the place.

OMG
I'm just glad I didn't release any money. It's never nice to see a company go out of business but in this case it's not any surprise with the way they traded, I've heard some deeply disturbing stories from other members, I can't imagine how many people they've ripped off and treated badly. I just hope they don't just start up under another guise, it's too easy to do these days, it might be worth checking before parting with any money that Charles Mogford is not a director, as he holds multiple directorships with other companies, he's going to pop up on the radar sooner or later. Stay well clear. |

Yea I agree it's never nice when a company closes down but in there case I think it will stop a lot of people getting ripped off. They grew too quickly and built a business based on effectively ringing tdci Defenders to sell to the US and that was never going to last. Think you have had a lucky escape Lambley 2001 TD5 110 County Station Wagon - sold

BLR have always been an extremely dodgy company. Even worse than Nene who have also been a bit copse to the wrong side of the law ... John
