Side panel 'gullwing' doors - any experience
Hi,
does anyone have fitted these side doors to the rear panels of his 110?

http://www.expeditioncentre.com.au/online-...ender.html

I would like to know about quality and fit. Are they a tight, solid fit and stay like that? And can anyone say something about noise with these fitted?

Craddocks seem to sell them, too, but they have different pictures on their webpage and I don't like the version with the protruding hinges.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, maybe I found myself a nice last-minute Christmas present ...

Cheers
Boris

Do not have them myself but can say that all the owners who have fitted them here in RSA (where they are made), comment on even less road noise compared to the windows and no rattles at all. They are 100% water and dust (very important here in Afrika...) proof.

Frontrunner now also make them in solid glass. Thus it looks completely OEM but lifts up like Gull wings.

I have the Frontrunner ones on my 90, and they work very well, no issues whatsoever.

Ok, road noise increases a bit, especially in the wet, but otherwise all good Thumbs Up --

I could do with something like this to fit the rear of my double cab, but it seems there is nothing on the market...
