Just for your info, Flatdog are making a very very nice roof rack, that looks amazingly similar to the Frontrunner.
It also has a removable rear rail, so would be lower than the FR. http://flatdoguk.com/search.asp?types=FD+R...amp;super= Andy |

Ah, yes I'd forgotten about the FlatDog (always used to think they were frontRunner and vice versa). I think the FR rack also has detachable side rails too, but as you say the Flat Dog one may be lower still!
Cheers for the heads up Andy Anyone have a FlatDog rack by any chance? (Feel like I'm getting cheekier all the time by asking :/) |

The frontrunner rail is not removable. It's welded.
FlatDog were suppliers of FrontRunner, but then Frontrunner decided to no longer supply FlatDog, so they designed their own. It's very nice, and I'm getting rid of my FrontRunner, to buy a FlatDog Andy |

Looks nice
You wouldn't be able to measure the height at the back above the gutter if you have a spare minute would you? Thank you |

^ thought so, same as the Frontrunner.
BTW, the Frontrunner Expedition has a toprail at the back (not removable), the Frontrunner Slimline does not have a toprail. Sorry to add to an old post. But does anybody know the overall height of a standard xs 90 with a flatdog roof rax? If possible with and without the rear rails.
