Changing ignition lock ..help
Hi .. My ignition barrel (on my 2008 110) and lock has finally given up the ghost. It just won't turn .. And I need to get to work on Monday

Therefore. Help please!

I've got no chance of getting a new ignition lock before Monday so I was thinking of removing the lock from e column and removing the ignition switch from the rear of the lock assembly so I can start it.

What is involved? It looks like the whole dash has to come out to get access to the sheer bolts on the underside of the lock assembly Shocked .. Is it easy enough?

Any advice would be welcomed as I want to get it running early tomorrow morning.

Thanks. 2008 Defender 110 XS SW - M57N2 / 6HP28X
