in the pic that's shows the top of the red shock absorber , it looks like the big washer is fitted the wrong way round , the rounded side of the washer should go against the bush .
looks like flat side is fitted to inside , flat side should be to the outside not that easy to see in the pic I maybe wrong |

Good work and tastefully modified, must admit 110 USW would be top of my list, if i was in the position to walk into a Land Rover dealer and buy a new Defender

may be worth checking the washer on the inside (chassis side ) as well
