Hey James I went for the terrafirma ones.TF116 and TF117 with Flatdog HD standard height springs. They still need fitting but came recommended

I will also recommend the Terrafirma expedition ones. I have gone for a set of Bilstein remote reservoir shocks which are the same as used on the army Rand Rovers in Afghanistan.
Other than those, there are OME and Koni, but you have to fork out for what you get. Glyn P.S. Utility should have the HD rear shocks as used on the DC |

Just fitted a set of TJM +30mm coils and TJM XGS shocks, haven't driven my vehicle yet, will only be home in 4 more weeks, but will give my driving impressions as soon as I am back.

guys i dont mean to be arsey, and you can take it either way but do you have to resort to OT chat on all the threads?
i know you are long standing members where as i am not but it does start to detract from the point of threads after a while. Thank you for all the suggestions so far. TJM i have been advised against for Exped use, as they were commented on not being upto it. they are great on my Challenge truck though. Koni and OME look good and have the rep but are quite £££ compared to the TFs. The latter seem to have a good spec for the price too. i am not sure on their longetivity though.
