Pessimists say the glass is half empty.. Engineers say the glass is twice the size it needs to be! |

I had two hand made cards, made by one boy from him and his brother. A tin of biscuits he won at the village bingo last night and the 13 year old bought me 5l of anti-freeze last week when we were out.
I then get a text from his mother asking if he'd given me the card she bought for him when she visited last week and what had he bought me with the money she gave him. When I showed him the text he rushed upstairs to write in the card and as for the present...............that was the anti-freeze, the rest of the money went on a toy for himself! I am in the camp of "Rip Off Americanism" but was a tadge peed off with the boys attitude especially with money, easy come easy go. Considering he doesn't get pocket money or any special treats, it must be in the genes and his Y gene must be severly lacking |

Four "I love you Dad"s and a request from one of them to drive her to the station - some things never change Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |
