I would check the 3.5mm jack plug at the rear of the unit is plugged in correctly.

As above, check connections / disconnect / re-connect.
See if that ones the trick. |

Have you tried pairing an alternative handset just to eliminate your iPhone?

If you can hear them, then the only one you need to check at the back of the head unit is the mic connection. Also make sure you select the unit on your phone as the method of taking the call.
