Oh dear. Well I was dealing with Jeremy a few weeks ago and he couldn't have been more helpful. He wasn't the easiest to get hold of when ringing but then neither are any other staff at my local LR dealer when I try to speak to them as they are forever on the phone or with clients.
Maybe contact him directly on here in the first instance? |

Well I could, but I can't for the life of me think why I should.
I'm expecting a car dealer to make money out of me and I struggle to see it as my job to chase them. They're ain't no shortage of Land Rover dealers out there and I'm obviously talking to others now. You would think the fact he posts on here means he (or his company) sees this forum as a useful selling tool. And you should NEVER fob off a customer, or potential customer, who asks for you by name. 2003 Td5 110 Hardtop Now a 2013 110 USW too. |

"if you rang up and asked for the md of jaguar landrover by name im sure they wouldnt let you speak to him"
Maybe (although why not - a friend of mine had several conversations with the CEO of BT about her phone line!) but his job is not selling cars to individual members of the public. That, along with selling workshop time, is surely the only function of a franchised dealer (which I assume Hadly Green/Colborne is.) 2003 Td5 110 Hardtop Now a 2013 110 USW too. |

Well apparently you're not always there and you told someone else to call me back. He said. And no thanks. I'm dealing with a couple of other LR dealers now and things are going fine. 2003 Td5 110 Hardtop Now a 2013 110 USW too. |

Probably my fault working Jeremy so hard sourcing stock which does take him away from the showroom!
If anyone struggles to get hold of either Jeremy or I then drop a PM as we're generally 24/7 on email. 7 new Defender's delivered in May, many of which to forum members, therefore we know what side our bread is buttered , but apologies if we're a bit difficult to reach somethimes as neither of us are on the showroom floor. Back to the OP....... thanks as always for your business Ken James Follow us on Twitter: @GrangeBarnetJLR |

I have nothing but great things to say about either James or Jeremy.
Jeremy sold me my defender. James welcomed me to an Experience event. They both provide cups of coffee which is a step in the right direction for me =================================== Steve 90 xs sw in Stonoway Grey - Sold 110 USW X-TECH |
