Cigarette lighter fuse

Anyone know which fuse this is as I think it's blown ?
Checked all my fuses but can't find one blown.
Trying to fit a dual USB charger I got yesterday.
It was working prior to me partying about with it.

Thanks Romadog.

Checked it with my multi meter & it showing power.
Think I've blown the actual fuse in the USB connector.
Best order myself another & fit it properly this time.

is it showing power at the wires on the back of socket
