Bare wire next to ecu.
As the title says, I have a bare wire on the red plug. The insulation looks very neatly trimmed however, considering how tucked away this wire is. I presume it shouldn't be like this. Can anyone confirm this please?

Thanks in advance

Don't worry too much, mine's the same. It might be Land Rovers way of shedding the oil that travels down from the injector harness. It goes into shrouded insulation as it goes into the loom. One of LR's little mysteries.

Looks like the termination of a sheilded cable (probably cam or crank sensor wires) I wouldnt worry about it.
