Hello,

I just met italian member dgardel who travels to Kuwait quiet often, he is a very humble person and very informative of the Defender's.

Funny thing he said it was nice being in a Defender in a foreign country, its a piece of home but abroad which was nice being in something he is used to be commuting in.

we met Dgardel a couple of years ago when we were in Venice - a real gentleman !!

Also met many others on here but one that stands out a head and shoulders above all is BP Man! - super star and all round nice guy. Thumbs Up

Some I've met in obscure places (like middle of the oggin on a metal island ... (namely Russ and Rosco! Shocked )
others at events like Pete from BAS and Porny, and Leeds, and several locally in Devon and Cornwall.

... not to forget those who give me a wave when out and about all over the country.

That’s what is soooo nice about this forum is the members and taking the time to help by passing on knowledge and skills.
