Iffy?
I'm keeping my eye open for an early 110 pickup (pref hicap) and spotted this

www.gumtree.com/p/cars-vans-motorbikes/lan...1063161599

To my eyes it's an '87 ???

I may be naive in the world of changing id's (obviously I can see the attraction to pre '72 tax exempt) but why for the sake of 4 years???? He who dies with the most toys...wins!

United Kingdom 1998 Defender 110 300 Tdi HT Alpine White
Pre 200tdi 2.5 Turbo Diesel, that's been sitting around for a while unregistered, and finally registered during the era of the 200tdi? The covered up reg that is clearly an H suggests it is the registered age the seller claims. It's a bit odd, but not beyond the realms of possibility.

The 2.5 n/a was still available until the mid 90s, although I doubt the 2.5TD was...

Edit: Thinking about it, it's the turbo sticker that is odd. Perhaps it is a 200tdi, and LR wanted to get rid of the remainder of their Turbo stickers, and stuck one on the back... 1998 110 300Tdi White Hard Top

Or maybe it is an N/A - I know they were def still available on H-plates.

Maybe someone just stuck the Turbo sticker on .... or maybe they replaced the rear tub at some point.

Not beyond the realms of possibility for the turbo sticker.

Defender front badge but the body graphics are pre defender One ten Confused
