there only standard size o rings
most good motorfactors have those boxes with all the different sizes in and sell them out of the box ,so you should be able to buy just the ones you want just take old one to match up |

Kits on ebay for about 10 quid, aircon o rings are green and made of different rubber.
How are you going to re gas the system yourself? |

sound! i woundnt recomend leaving the system open for any great lengh of time due to moisture ingress. what type of system is on the puma?

Same as a Td5 I presume? Will give the system a nice long vac out to get rid of the moisture, a new dryer isn't that expensive either so might hoof a new one on depending on how generous I'm feeling

Sorry I meant FOT or TXV, yeah i would bin the drier too if it is TXV as you are probably aware they contain a desiccant that is useless after a few hours of being left open.
I do hope your refrigerant handling certifcate is up to date Let us know how you get on pal i would be interested to know anything about the system as i will probably doing work on mine at some point, hopefully a few years into the future. |
