OME springs and shocks .[old man emu]
Hello from the uk .
As ome comes from your country,do any of you use this stuff.
Is it as good as people are telling me over here.
I have been to south oz and never did see any 110's fitted with this set up.
Whats your opinion? Defenders are like tea bags they let the water flow though.

Agreed, my last defedner had a full set of srings and shocks on and they were outstanding. Just fit and forget! Had them on for over four years with no problems.

Guys, I had a similar positive experience with my Disco2, but recently on aulro.com there was an incredible outpouring of agro against OME - serious venom ! The issue seemed to revolve around an alleged reduction in flexibility/drop rates.

Any ideas?

I was going to go down that path but am now considering Ranch 9000 or Tough Dogs Gavster

Another vote for OME on 110 - I have 751 springs to the front and 755 on the back improves ride quality and the truck doesn't sit too high .

Give Devon 4x4 a call , they know there stuff on OME suspension

OME are OK, and I'd rate them slightly better than the LR genuine shocks. Their coils are good, but the LR one's suit me better. I had OME on both my Disco's. Their shocks fade relatively quickly as they start to work and aren't a patch on Koni or Bilstein in that respect.

The big thing they have going for them is they are a quick and simple "of the shelf" solution for a lot of people. 110 2.4TDCi
