[For Sale] Defender 90 TD5 Station Wagon -forum price £10000
Oslo Blue 90 TD5 genuine station wagon

Bought this truck about 3 years ago and in that time have steadily worked on some improvements

Chassis has been treated with Dinotrol

Mantec Swingaway wheel carrier
Upgraded intercooler (supplied and fitted IRB)
Difflock Drainplug

I change the oil and both filters (genuine filters) every 6000 miles, always with Castrol Magnatec 5W-30 A1 Fully Synthetic Engine Oil. The Difflock makes the oil change an absolute joy. Also have a wrench designed for the genuine TD5 main oil filter, so no issues undoing that - although changing it every 6000 miles does mean that it hasn't had time to get too set.

General Grabber tyres all round, plenty of tread. Can't recall exactly when they were fitted, but at the last MOT, 10mm tread (December last year) - can check the receipt if anyone is really interested.

Upgraded head unit - with iPod connectivity, and replaced the speakers too. A small Sub Woofer has been recently added, so sound in the front is awesome Smile

A daily driver for most of the time I have owned the car, now I am back on the train, and virtually never get the chance to go anywhere by car, time to think about why I need a car at all. The only things that have gone wrong with it are, fuel pump (a couple of years ago - again can check receipt if required) and handbrake cable snapping (in the last 6 or so months)

Mileage wise, just under 98000

Priced at £10000

Clearly adding photos from my iPad is not going at all well.

The photos I was trying to add are here >> http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic6119.html

It is on a 52 plate, registered Oct 2002

Fuel pump, injector and loom changed in April 2012, mileage at the time 67420

Side runners were fitted to the vehicle before I bought it. Much better than the little steps fitted as standard Smile

The reason for the sale is I really want to be back in a Lotus. I know a very different vehicle, but circumstances have changed fairly majorly for me and I no longer need anything with more than 2 seats.

Having seen the vehicle I want, am pricing the Landie with a view to a sell
